- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all accessories/manuals included.
- Returns are not accepted for products damaged due to improper installation, mishandling, or electrical faults outside our control.

- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non‑refundable.
3. Exchanges
- Defective or damaged items (on arrival) will be replaced at no extra cost.
- Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.
4. Non‑Returnable Items
- Customized installations, DVR/NVR systems with activated licenses, and clearance sale items are not eligible for return/refund.
