Refund and Return Policy

At SCY CCTV World, we strive to deliver high‑quality CCTV and security products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund guidelines below:

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all accessories/manuals included.
  • Returns are not accepted for products damaged due to improper installation, mishandling, or electrical faults outside our control.

2. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non‑refundable.

3. Exchanges

  • Defective or damaged items (on arrival) will be replaced at no extra cost.
  • Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.

4. Non‑Returnable Items

  • Customized installations, DVR/NVR systems with activated licenses, and clearance sale items are not eligible for return/refund.
  • Consumables (like cables, connectors) once opened cannot be returned.
