  • Once the order is processed, dispatched, or installation is scheduled, cancellation may not be possible

  • The refund will be credited to the original payment method

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and with original packaging
  • Return requests must be made within a reasonable time after delivery

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
